He brings a strong mix of multinational experience and real-world execution, which basically means he’s seen a bit of everything, and knows how to handle it. Before joining BLKSM, Etienne worked closely with leadership at BearHug LLC, where he became known as the guy who just steps in and sorts things out… no drama, no fuss (okay, maybe a little bit of internal sighing).

At BLKSM, he’s hands-on with client coordination, internal alignment, and making sure the team has what they need to deliver. If something’s slipping, he’s on it. If something’s missing, he’s already found it. And if something’s broken… well, give him five minutes.

He’s dependable, adaptable, and not afraid to get stuck in, the kind of operator who understands that behind every “effortless” event is a lot of very intentional hard work.
