Before stepping into BLKSM, JJ cut his teeth as Projects Director at BearHug LLC, where he managed everything from branding rollouts to multi-channel campaigns. Translation? He knows how to take a concept, build it properly, and deliver it without the usual chaos (well… controlled chaos).
